Sugar Pie lives for cuddles and dog treats. Every morning at 3 am, he tunnels his way into his owner's bed, roots up next to him and uses his cold, wet nose to insistently nudge his owner's hand until said owner decides to pet him back to sleep. If it were up to Sugar Pie, he would lounge in bed all day receiving cuddles, but when his owner has to leave for work, he allows himself to be appeased with a bowlful of gourmet dog food and a packet of boutique dog treats. While alone during the day, Sugar Pie alternates between watching doggy TV and devising schemes of how to get more dog treats. He's come up with several creative plans which involve pretending to be sick, using his eyes to portray extreme cuteness and displaying utter excitement whenever his owner enters a room. So far all of them have worked. (However, in the back of his mind, Sugar Pie fears he will soon be put on a doggy diet).
Sugar Pie is also an excellent beverage holder. He loves to serve up delicious drinks like hot coffee, tasty tea, and even an occasional beer. He's handmade from cone 10 stoneware, so he's very durable and is safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher.
Sugar Pie is about 3.5" tall and 4" wide and holds about 16 ounces. He is finished with a food-safe glaze in cinnamon red. He is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the CLN and Ug-Chug logos and his year.
